Definitions

"We" and "us" mean CO2 Company USA. "You" means the person or organization placing the order. "Goods" means the products you have ordered.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or is not a genuine purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the amount you pay for the goods. No sales tax is added at our checkout. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is due in full at checkout and is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

Returns

What happens if something is faulty, and our own change of mind policy, are set out on the refunds and returns page and form part of these terms.

Using the products safely

Some products in this range carry operating instructions that are not optional. An ozone machine is run only in a space with no people, pets or plants in it, which is then ventilated before anyone goes back in. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A CO2 monitor is a ventilation gauge and not a safety, carbon monoxide or medical device. A face mask or face shield is not a respirator or certified protective equipment. Those instructions appear on the product pages and form part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

The consumer protection and warranty laws of the state you live in apply to this sale, and the Federal Trade Commission Act prohibits unfair or deceptive practices. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights those laws give you.

Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business rather than to a consumer, implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the extent the law allows.

This website

The content of this site is ours or licensed to us and is for your personal use in shopping here. You may not copy it for commercial use. We may change the site and these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Where a claim can be brought

Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts of the state where the goods were delivered, including its small claims court.
