What we supply

We supply products. We do not install, calibrate, certify or service them, and we do not survey sites. A CO2 monitor tells you a number; what you do about it is yours to decide.

What is your responsibility

• Using each product as its page and its instructions describe. An ozone machine runs only in a space with nobody, no pet and no plant in it, and the space is ventilated before anyone goes back in. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A sprayer is filled only with a liquid whose own label permits spraying.
• Not relying on a CO2 monitor as a safety, carbon monoxide, smoke or medical device. It is a ventilation gauge.
• Not relying on a face mask or face shield as a respirator or as certified protective equipment.
• Checking that a product suits your situation before you order. We will help if you ask, but the decision and the use are yours.

What we do not exclude

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection and warranty laws of your state, or under the Federal Trade Commission Act.

Business purchases

Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business rather than to a consumer, implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the extent the law allows. In that case our total liability in connection with the goods is limited to the price you paid for them, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss.
