Who we are
This site is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as CO2 Company USA. You can reach us at theteam@co2monitor.store.
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number if you give one.
- What you ordered, when, and what you paid.
- Anything you write to us, so we can answer it and refer back to it.
- Website analytics about how pages are used, only if you allow analytics cookies.
We do not receive or store your card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems, and we see only whether the payment succeeded.
Why we collect it
To take your order, pack it, get it to you and support it afterwards; to answer your questions; and to keep the business records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment provider, the carrier, the provider that sends our order emails, and our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and business record-keeping requires. Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your choices and requests
The United States does not have one national privacy law, and the rights you have depend on the state you live in. We do not make you work out which applies: whoever you are, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep. Email theteam@co2monitor.store and we will respond within 45 days.
If we ever send you marketing email, every message carries a working unsubscribe link.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Federal Trade Commission or to your state attorney general.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
